PIC and SIC for all legs is received on a pilot’s BlackBerry within seconds of
the FOS application push. Pilots can view details & acknowledge receipt of
the brief and may also drill down into the leg information for further details.
R-Charter™ requires a pilot confirmation which submits an audit trail in the
form of a brief acknowledgement back to the FOS server.

|
Pilots can select and drill down into Departure & Arrival airport / FBO information.

Basic passenger information including name, weight, gender, status and
contact details may be displayed.

|
Details page shows service name, phone number and any associated comments
from the corresponding FOS comment field. Pilots can dial phone number directly from this screen.

 | New Flight Logs
|
|
Each pilot has a list of “empty” flight logs for the legs s/he flew. The PIC
and SIC for a given leg will both receive an Empty Flight Log form. Once the
pilots fill out these forms, the data is imported into the CTA / FOS database

 | Completed Flight Logs
|
|
Each pilot has a list of Flight Logs submitted for legs s/he flew, as historical
points of reference, these logs can not be viewed but not modified.

|
 | General Expenses |
|
General expenses including hotel, airport fees, aircraft fuel, catering, transportation,
etc. may be submitted into the FOS database via the handheld for reimbursement.
